Mandy has established herself as a unique designer eyewear specialist in Highton, Geelong and is the owner of Eye Gallery. Her commitment is to provide fashionable and luxury eyewear such as Chloe, Tom Ford, Sass & Bide, Givenchy, Gucci and much more. “My aim is to help our clients achieve their own individual style with designer eyewear,” she says.
Paula joined Eye Gallery in 2011 and has enthusiastically developed her skills and expertise further over the past twelve years. As a strong communicator, Paula enjoys sharing her extensive knowledge on lenses, and the technology behind them, with clients. Assisting customers in selecting the perfect frame to suit their needs, lifestyle, prescription, and personality is a constant source of satisfaction for Paula. Martin has been with Eye Gallery since January 2012. Martin is a local optometrist who brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience as well as a lovely sense of humour and a modern gentlemanly style of caring. Martin began practicing optometry after graduating from the University of Melbourne in 1989 and has worked in the Geelong and Torquay area for a number of years. He has completed postgraduate studies in ocular therapeutics and works closely with other Health Professionals. Martin prides himself on his accuracy and attention to detail.
Alissa is a passionate, friendly optometrist who prides herself on finding the perfect eye care solutions for her patients. Alissa graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2008 and practiced in Melbourne until 2015 when she moved to the Surf Coast with her family. She has a broad range of clinical skills including specialty knowledge and experience in ocular therapeutics, contact lens fitting, binocular vision, and paediatric optometry. Alissa works at Eye Gallery part-time and spends the rest of her week as a Lecturer in Optometry and Vision Science at Deakin University.
Gina was born in Egypt. She completed her studies in Medicine and Surgery in Cairo, Egypt in 2005, and obtained her specialist degree in Ophthalmology in Cairo in 2014. Gina started practising Optometry after completing her Master of Optometry at Deakin University (B Vis Sci M. Optom) in 2019. Gina’s areas of interest include eye disease management, visual problems, eye injury, eye care for children, and soft contact lenses. Gina speaks English and Arabic and is passionate about providing quality patient care.
Kylie is a Geelong local who has been involved in optical dispensing since 2010. As a qualified Certificate IV Optical Dispenser with an eye for style, Kylie loves helping people with their frame styling and lens choices. Kylie is particularly interested in providing vision solutions for the ‘Safety Eyewear’ market and providing sunglass solutions for all our clients. Contact Kylie on kylie@eyegallery.com.au
After completing her studies in Biomedical Science at the University of Waterloo in Canada, Iwonka moved to Australia to complete her Bachelor of Optometry degree at the University of Melbourne. After graduating in 2011, she worked as an optometrist in both private and corporate practices in QLD, NSW, and S.A., before relocating permanently to Geelong with her young family. Iwonka has a strong interest in contact lenses and therapeutics and has enjoyed building a rapport with the local community. She works part-time at both the Armstrong Creek and Highton practices as well as a clinical educator for Deakin University in the Bachelor of Vision Science/Master of Optometry program.
